A six-person crew from a Yesan air-cooled barn joined the Mining Farm Safety Intensive in March. Day one revealed their extinguishers sat clustered at the office door, thirty meters from densest PSU banks. They redrew routes during the paper drill, then practiced a two-person pull of a demo board with gloves on.
Two weeks later their lead emailed that night-shift onboarding now starts with the extinguisher map before any firmware talk. They declined an on-site walkthrough for budget reasons but reserved three seats in the next Fire Prevention Workshop for new hires.

After attending Fire Prevention Workshop, a Cheonan site booked a half-day on-site walkthrough. The punch list flagged oily dust on intake filters and a blocked secondary exit behind cardboard boxes of fans. The farm cleared the exit the same evening; filter cadence moved from “when someone remembers” to a Friday checklist.
